Engine runs, but truck won't move...
Ok. I'm new to this. I had a problem with the pullstart, and thanks to this forum was able to fix it.
I'm sure this problem had been posted in the past, but I was unable to find anything. As I said, I'm new to this, so plz be patient.
My new problem is the truck starts, but it won't move when accelerated. I don't know if it's gears or the clutch bell, or the best way to diagnose the problem. I hope someone here can help.
Thanks in advance!

Put it up on blocks, Do the wheels turn then? If not check your drive cups. If it was your spring, the tires would try to move when you try to start it. (the drive cups are where the dog bones go into.) There are grub screws that tighten down and more than likely you didn't locktite them and theycame loose.

You're right! Nice call!
Is there an easy way to put the dog bones back in? It appears that I have to remove quite a bit to get it back in the cup.

If you just take out the center unit, (4 screws on b ottom) and the handle, and front plate, its not that bad.

Ok. I have the center unit (4 screws) out, and the handle. But where is the "front plate"? Sorry for the ignorance...
