its basically the same as any engine, backplate off, con rod off, piston up and out, sleeve out, then the oposite to put back in.

basic basic its hard.ill do a video then.how do i know if my piston and liner are buggred and shot???i think they are engiene wont start..how?

ohhh i need the old vertex 18 back im strugling here i wish i could sent my os away and get it all fixed up so i can pull cord once and walla its started and i can drive it full wack up and down and love it foreva but its never gunna hapen so ill just buy a pull start for it seave it will start and if it doesnt it will be on ebay in less than a second so please can somone tell me how much a piston and liner is so that i can get her running again.,thanks im verry greatfull,mike i love this forum
