Are there any spur gears compatible with the tornady bb spur gear or do I have to buy a new one off the website? Also, if I buy a new one off the website, will I have to buy the nut and bearing to go with it or can I use the ones off my old spur gear?

you have to buy the redcat one, what gear do you need 42 or 47, i get all my parts from here, all you need is the gears:

i would suggest getting a couple of each to have as spares, also upgrade your clutch bell if you havent already.
