i dont know what to get cause people say the hurricane is awsume and the ofna ultra mbx competition or hyper 7 is awsume.......HELP!![][]

I have had to ofna buggies, a Ultra LX one and a Ultra LX GT which is the same as the new MBX and my friend had a Ultra LX Comp and I sold my two ofna's and kept the Hurricane. I think it handles better and is more durable. Me and my friend kept breaking stuff on our ofna's and he sold his too. As far as the Hyper 7 I cannot say because I have never owned one but I am turned off by the ofna buggies right now.

I have a ofna mbx pro and when you compare the two, they are pretty much the same. The set-up is close to the same, you can't go wrong with either. You can save quite a bit of money on the Hurricane compared to the Ofna. You can use the money you save on a few parts, you really don't need many for them, since they are built good. What are you looking to spend?

Let me tell you a little story about a Hurricane XP doing full speed and a brick wall. I was doing drag runs across a field by my house, just messing around, and out of no where at full speed a brick wall jumped in front of my car and I hit it full speed straight on, the car bounced back about a good 10 feet or more and up int he air a good 5 feet, landed ont eh wheels and kept hauling butt, not one thing on the car broke. Here check it out Hurricane with some big honkin tires in a court yard at my brothers apartments.

You can also go to redcatracing.com and look at the top video for the contest where he jumps the hurricane OVER his house, yes I said OVER! It lands on all fours and keeps on running and he drives it around to the front yard! If that aint durable then I do not know what is!

Only other Nitro car I seen do that and live was a savage on some Youtube video. BUt ya it's sweet you have to check it out.
