RE: shockwave not starting
make sure the throttle is set good, maybe since you corrected the servo twitching problem the throttle is closed all the way, take the air cleaner off and make sure there is a 1mm opening, if not adjust it with the screw so its open.

if you mean the fuel line then that normal, there is fuel in the line, did you check like i said and make sure there is an opening on the carb under the air filter?

RE: shockwave not starting
did you take the plug out and put it in the igniter to make sure its glowing? if so the plug is good. next make sure there is an opening in the carb, take the air filter off and look inside, there should be a 1mm opening, if not you have to turn the idle screw clockwise to open it, its the one with the spring on it. if its cold out, you may need to warm the engine with a heat gun or hair dryer. but if you have glow, fuel and air, it should start.

RE: shockwave not starting
did you remove the line from the carb and from the pipe and blow in the one from the pipe and make sure fuel was coming out of the one that goes to the car? maybe something is blocked or the cap of the tank is not sealing so no pressure is building up in the tank, i had this happen to me today. there may be a hole in a fuel line. if all of this is good, does it start or try to start if you put a couple of drops of fuel in the carb?

RE: shockwave not starting
One way you can try is put the lines back on and clean the exhaust pipe end. Then try blowing through the exhaust and watch the fuel line (while blowing) to see if any fuel is moving through it, to the motor. This will tell you if anything is blocked in the lines!

2 1/4 out on the high needle and flush with the collar on the low, this is base settings. if you set it like this, prime the carb, have an opening at the carb and your plug glows, it almost has to start.
