hello! i just brought a volcano sv but i have one big problem
when i turn on the truck i try to control it or accelerate it it wouldnt do anthing
but when i put the remote toward it, the wheels keep moving back and forth, accelerate and brake
with out me touching anything on the remote the battery are fresh brand new
can you guys please help me im very frustrated

Sounds like the transmitter or receiver is bad. Check your crystals, by pushing them in to make sure they are not loose.

what is a crystal? also would it be something wrong with the servo?
and would redcat cover for that on the warrenty

redcat has a 30 day warranty on the radio, if the steering and throttle servo dont work, i doubt its the servo, the crystals look like this, one is behind the frequency number on the tranmitter, one is plugged into the reciever

that sounds like the problem i had with my avalanche. i sent the tx, rx and crystals back to redcat. they sent sent me brand new equipment and now it's been awesome! maybe you should contact Nick?

im not exactly sure, but there are two servo 1 throttle 2 is steering right? so do i have to replace those 2
are is it mabe the remote? im sorry, im so confusing

i cant find the crystal..i try to open up the remote but i dont see anything? can you please tell me steps about it thank you

on the FRONT of the transmitter, look to the right of the steering knob, right below the trims, see that rectangle that says AM (or FM) on it? that is a little holder that holds none other than your crystal, pull it out and you will see it. you'd be better off having redcat swap the equipment out being it's still under warranty.
