Default Stall speed?

How would i make the stall speed on the clutch in my tsunami higher? Since i put those stampede wheels/tires on it could use a little higher stall to take off harder.

also, if it seems kinda sluggish on the low end, but really rips up top, should i adjust the low speed needle?

a stronger spring around the clutch shoes will raise the stall speed..

use the traxxas 4146x spring or get this hpi setup, its an adjustable clutch and you can cut it and adjust the stall rate: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXLW03&P=ML

What bell gears are you using? If its not the 13 / 18 HPI then thats what you need more than a higher stall speed

yes, you cant use the shoes that come with the 4146x, just the spring, the shoes are too small, actually, you may like the shoes, they give a higher stall, may be what your actually looking for, try them out and see what you think.
