I'm looking for a place to buy a Volcano SV cheap. It must be backed by a parts warranty so if I break something they don't charge me extra under warrenty. In other words, I would like it warrantied if it's online. If possible find a dealer in NJ. The average price I have found is $175.

Yeah we all want a parts warranty....Good luck there. Only warranty you'll prolly get is a Engine Replacement program, and a 30 day warranty on your remote. Other than that keep breaking stuff so you can buy PARTS..

For example, there are some stores that will charge money to even look at the car if it has a problem. That kind of warranty. Stuff like that.

No I don't....Sounds like you need to stay shopping at Wal-Mart. I've never really heard of any dealer warranting anything other than an Engine and a Remote. The engine not even being under full warranty. Why would they want to warranty parts on the RC that you are going to break in everday bashing. Thats how they make some of their money. I don't really know what your after, but this hobby is kinda expensive, and does require working and spending hours on your RC. If you break something on a Wal-Mart RC, I'm sure they'll give you, your money back if you keep the receipt.

no brand of rc has a warranty once fuel is in the tank, only some have an engine replacement program but that costs money.

Like a backup warranty. If it's being repaired, they may or may not charge money to fix it within a certain amount of time. Other than buying the parts of course.

nope, no brand, no place, nobody, not happening, unless a dealer here would like to take that kind of a warranty on, good luck. you should just buy one and learn how to fix it yourself, then you would just have to buy the parts.

Yeah. I know most of the stuff. But sometimes, I don't know what's wrong/broken. When I had this problem with my Cen, they charged money to look at the car (not fix it, just look). So I ended up sending it to Cen to fix beause even after the shipping, it was cheaper.

then your lhs has problems they are suppose to charge u if they find the problem and fix it not just to take a look at it or atleast thats what my lhs does

They probably did that because I bought it online and I went to them. But I still think just looking at it and charging money is a little over the edge (they even told me they might not know the problem).

dont know, its a good price, i am sure you can find somethign on ebay cheaper but you dont know who your getting it from, i would suggest someeone from the forum here, at least you know who they are and how to get in touch with them, check out clermontmotorsports.com, he's been here since day one, even other dealers have said that

Your in the wrong place if you want warranty come on out here I fix all the RC's I sell for one year if you buy the parts from me at retail. But the least expensive thing I sell is a Redcat and its at $270.00 I never charge to look at something I sell accross the counter but the only thing you will get accross the counter for $170.00 is electric with no warranty[][X(]
