Question New Rampage XT (30.5cc) won't start

I've yet to get my brand new XT started, not even a pop or cough. Have fire, good gas, 25/1 mix, getting fuel, replaced air filter with alum, treated as if it was flooded & dried out, checked LSN and HSN both 1 1/4, still nothing. Gotta be carb problem..Any Help/advise??

I have a few things for you to try. First off the HSN should be at 1-1/2 turns out and the LSN should be ok at 1-1/4 turns out. Have you removed the plug to see if it was wet? If it's wet, open the carb to full throttle manually with the car off. Make sure the choke is up so the carb is open. Now pull the engine over about 30-40 times and it should start to come to life. This was found to work very well on flooded 30cc engines by an employees here. If that don't work you can give us a call (602)454-6445

Thanks James,
Tried that solution also, still nothing but finger blisters from pulling. Per Redcat Support Case #21597, I'll take it to dealer, 55miles away, and see what they have to say. Sure would've been nice if truly "Ready to run out of the box". More To Follow

If it has fuel and spark it should start. Hopefully the dealer can help.

OK, still without the first sign of life. Got new carb from Redcat, checked HSN/LSN and installed, still nothing. Has H-CMR5 plug, gapped at .025. Any chance it's not gapped right??

BTW, The Dealer recommended by Redcat only sells, no service or parts..(Only Dealer in NE FL)

The gap sounds fine. You could just give me a call @ 602-454-6445
