Default Tsunami bottom end power

OK here's my question. I've been reading and checking out all the info I can find. Newbie

I want to set my Tsunami up for out of the hole power just for a good offroad personal track basher without giving up to much top end?

I know of the single speed conv. which is on the list by the way. Is the 12tooth the smallest clutch bell I can get? What spur would be the best or what could I expect from different spur gears w/12T bell.

There is no different spurs. The 12t single speed conversion is perfect for these. The stock gearing is WAYYYY to tall. I think you would be happy with the 12t.

Yes but if you have the 2 speed you have to change both spurs to match the 2 speed clutch bell. 42t to 44t wont make much difference. You will see the biggest difference from the bell.

He was asking about the single speed right. true but changing them together and you get different gear ratios. just more options to choose from

I was thinking after I made the single speed conv. It does ok now till it goes into 2nd.

My plan is to beef up the tires and wheels, Kind of like a lower center of gravity Volcano and keep the truggy body.

I'm working on some wheel extensions now to give her a little wider stance.

Thanks guys keep the info coming.

I put a 13/18 tooth clutch bell on mine and am really happy with it. makes a huge difference, 2nd gear becomes usable and it really takes off hard.
