for my engine what temps do i have... VX-18

Try to keep temps in between 200-260. Just don't tune to a temp.

180 to 260, depends on how your running, if your running hard, 250 is not that bad, dont go more than 260.

put spit on your finger, wipe your finger on the cooling head, if it sizzles away withing a second or 2 then its too hot, if it just sits there and takes over 5 seconds to evaporate your too cold, if it evaporates in 3 or 5 seconds your at at a good temp.
