Default Cane hop-up advice

I am just wondering what you guys think I should upgrade next on my Hurricane XP. It has the SH 28 and so far its pretty much stock except for the motor saver air filter and the big boy fuel filter. What should I do next to give me the biggest performance increase???? Shocks/Suspension?? Exhaust?? Drive train?? Something else??

Performance wise I would replace the stock dogbone's with universals.
Rear driveshafts (to the wheels) and front and rear center driveshaft's.

Also replace the stock plastic radio tray posts with aluminum ones.

Other than that just upgrade or replace as stuff wears or breaks.

I Wouldn't mind getting some big bore shocks to try out. That might be my next upgrade.

I guess that is true in some cases..

But I plan on putting her on the track, so for my case it is a little too much[sm=wink_smile.gif]

we run on the track all time and the stock .28 isnt enough once you get used to it. In fact my .21 radical will take it

those tires are killer. i have them on my hurricane they tear right through the loose desert dirt. here is what happens when you jump a dirt hill not knowing what is on the other side. mudd puddle. the buggy ran all day without any problems. i love my hurricane!!

yeah, i like those tires alot, they have some grip, they grip soo good, if you cut a corner too tight, you will roll the buggy.

I know this is an old thread, but what Kyosho 7.5 parts would fit the Hurricane? I'm pretty sure the rear universals would fit, but what else would work?

Pretty much everything. except the front and rear diff gears and the output drives on the front and rear diffs, BUT you could change your diff housing over to them. Why pay more for the exact same parts? When you set the two buggies next to each other there identical.

I wouldn't buy replacement parts from Kyosho, I just wanted to know if hop ups like the upgraded chassis on A Main for the Kyosho would fit, or other hop ups such as these:

Do you think the shock tower, chassis, or screw set would fit? If not, what 7.5 hop ups would fit the Hurricane?
