what kind of flywheel can i use to replace the stock one? has anyone tried putting a 3 pin flywheel?

if you are talkin bout a Volcano, I saw a picture that Ehroof posted that had a 3 pin Flywheel with aluminum clutch shoes. Do a Search and you will find it..

Doesnt matter. The suspension of the STX is different from the SV, but the engine and drivetrain is the same.
You can use this flywheel.

You can use the stock STX clutch shoes n spring with that flywheel. There are other choices for clutch set-up too.

I believe he is asking if he can use the 3 clutch shoe design instead. Yes you can but why. Stick with what it uses now.
