Default My First Ramp!

Here are some Pics of the ramp I built for my Volcano SV. Took about an Hour to build. Only got to play with it for 15 min before it got too dark.

LOL, Ill try for some video tomorrow. I only have a Digital Camera. It Shoots crummy video with no sound. Hey Kuppler! I need your Wifes Video Camera!
Its kinda Harder than it looks to line the truck up with the ramp. Next one will be wider. It works good tho. I launched the truck Straight up in the air about 8 feet high the first time i tried it. Landed badly [:@] but I started to get the hang of it by the end of the Tank of gas. Stuck the landing quite a few times. I was surprised with the performance of my #2 Volcano. It is Bone Stock and it was doin real good. Nice landings on the grass and not even bottoming out! Cant wait to try it wit the suped up Volcano.

Dude you dont need a ramp that tall to get good height. 1/3rd of that ramp would be good.

If you find you are getting mad wheel slippage, find an old rug or carpet, cut and staple it to the ramp face... Seen this done with good results. Of course, your 'cano may end up in the neighbors yard!

Except for the pile of tire dust at the bottom, that would work too. We have a public track close by and they built a 4 foot tabletop jump that they used the carpet trick on, works good. Besides, everyones got an old carpet in the basement they are just dying to get rid of...
