i never radar'd it, i would have to say at least low 40's. I got 42mph out of my 2 speed tornado so its at least as fast as that. when the weather breaks i will give all the redcats the radar test. Bro, not much can handle the power of the tz, i have seen many cars strip spur and diff gears with that engine, one thing the redcat has on its side is the steel diff gears, not plastic.

nice, would like to see that, i think with a little more powerful engine, some more teeth on the clutch bell, its very possible.

the tz would probably tear the transmission up faster than it would get it down the drag strip?
right?

I'm going to through it out there and say it would hold up. It holds up to brushless which means it should hold up to pretty much ANY nitro.

I stuck a .28 on my 1/10 scale nitro fusion. It is a three speed, with the right gearing its in the 83-87 mph range.

Try to find out which engine is being used in the 2nd car shown in this video (touring car with white body). I think it's an OS .21 but I don't know that for sure http://youtube.com/watch?v=5URUt_3fYfE&feature=related
