Redcat Racing Responds
What is with Redcat Racing and their unresponsive customer service! I have tried contacting them many times over the last few weeks and not even one little response. Pretty annoying!

not sure what is going on. Nick told me things have been pretty hectic this week, so that might be an issue. Not sure. Don't give up on them though, I am sure they will come through for you.

I have no PM from you road. You can always email me directly [email protected]
PM's are not the way to contact us as I for one, can do what I need to if it comes via PM. With an email, I can forward it to the right person if need be and also keep the email for records in my emails folders.
We hired a new support/sales person about a week ago and he is coming online with phones and support this week so things will get better.
If you call and leave a message if we are not available, always leave your name and phone number and problem as I would say that 30% or more of the message we get are just like this.
Hi this is Mike, please call me back.

Hey fire, its funny when jumping little jumps and big jumps you get to a point when the r/c is going to break if you land wrong no matter what size the jump. The fatherest I have jumped my buggy is 55 feet it was on that video I made. I never broke a part that day just a bent shock shaft when I landed on the nose and lost a screw! I hope to push this Redcat buggy to the ultimate limits soon very soon. The weather is getting good and the snow is melting, thank goodness! I hope Redcat can get this shock mount spacer available very soon as well.
