I use this on my Volcano. It will fit your Tornado (same engine). Works Great!
Whatever AFTERMARKET air filter you get, be sure to run Much Richer on your HSN, or you will fry your engine......

The Tsunami is the same as all the other 1/10 cars. That Motor Saver I posted above will work great on the Tsunami.....
Like Perhamrocks says,,,,get the one with the 11mm base.....

Default RE: aftermarket air filter

It's a second foam that goes around the outside of the filter. The guys at the public track warned me that I'd want to use a filter with a prefilter, I didn't listen. The track was constructed with a compost base with some clay mixed in and is very dry. There isn't a water supply nearby so we have to deal with it, reminds me alot of the "sand" in the Middle East (dusty).

4 tanks and my hurricane started acting up on me, stalling, etc. I was running a regular motorsaver filter, and yes it was oiled properly. Cleaned my filter when I got home and it took like 5 mins for the soap and water to not be brown while washing it. Upon further inspection, the devils dirt got past the filter. I tore apart my engine and cleaned/flushed everything. No noticable scoring but I can feel a loss of compression from what it use to be while turning the flywheel by hand. O-well, they warned me... apparently that track has eaten many a motors in the past. The guys that run there oil their prefilters as well and sometimes change them out after they get dirty throughout the day. We are going to top coat it with some real nice stuff when the weather breaks, thankfully.

Anyway, thats my story... and I already have a new motorsaver and a proline (both with prefilters)
