Bearings for SH28
I need to know if anyone knows what size the bearings are that go on the crank between the flywheel and clutch bell? are they 5x11x4mm?

Depends on what the application is. If it's going on a monsoon with the long clutch bell then it's 5*11*4mm if it's for the hurricane with the short HPI style clutch bell will use the 5*10mm bearing
