Ultrawide help please
Hey,
Under my redcat is two black gears, well both stripped. I do not know the names of them, or have a part #. Its in the middle underside of the car, I searched but really couldnt find what I needed since I dont know what they are called.
Are they hard to replace?, Both stripped while driving around [] Any advice for upgrades and where to buy them if possible would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!
-Im going to call redcat in a bit, I'm sure they can help.

I don't own an ultra wide but if I had to guess I'd say it's the tranny gears. http://www.redcatracing.com/manuals.asp

the gears u stripped were the spur gears....these have to be meshed properly to get any life out of them....the others were correct in saying a single spd conversion is the way to go...u will be much more happier with ur truggy
