Ok im starting to run ma buggy again, and it sat becuase of winter. Now the only problem im having is when i hit the breaks to stop my engine shuts off. Now what do i adjust, so when i hit the breaks the engine stays on???????????????????. Is it the throttle setting so air gets in the carb??

sounds like you either have to raise you idle, turn the idle screw clockwise so the carb stops closing or you have a broken clutch spring, if it starts on the ground then its most likely your idle, whats happening is when you hit the brakes, the carb is closing.
