RE: New redcat site!
The site is live now.
Please read the first page at www.redcatracing.com
Some things are not working but will be by tomorrow. We had to choose a point in time to switch over from the old system to the new one due to the data that was pulled and inventory values.
By tomorrow most everything should be operational and by friday you should see a much cleaner site than you see right now.
Thanks for everyones understanding.
If you see something strange, let me know by simply posting it here or emailing me directly at [email protected]
Thanks
Darin

I know that the site isn't completely updated yet, but are you still going to have the Factory Backed Program that you were talking about a while back?

RE: New redcat site!
Yes we will have it, but it has been pushed back due to something that was out of our control. It will just mean that with the delay of the factory backed program that it should be better than initially plan.
ETA is probably now 60 days.
Long story short, FB program will be done in PHP programming. The new server we use through netsuite which is the backend software for the new site, does not allow PHP to be used on the same server. So we have to go to plan B, so the FB program will be on a seperate server and pretty much its own site with some tags linking to the current homepage. etc etc.
So, bottom line is, this is delayed.

Funny thing is I don't like the new site as much as the old one either.
Though it still needs a lot of work to be finished, I think the black background was not a good idea in hindsight.
The direct site link is http://shopping.netsuite.com/c.849850/site/index.html
That will change once we are done and it will be just redcatracing.com

I don't agree I love the look of the new site I think it's more professional, looks cleaner and doesn't look like it was made in a day. The old site to me I could have made in a few hours the new site would have taken me alot longer. I love the new site specially the black background mixed in with the red, I wouldn't change a thing darin.

RE: New redcat site!
Id have to agree with swamp3r the new web site totally rocks. I like how you got the video tuning, the new user guide is totally kick A##. I downloaded the old user guide 2 days before the site went down to change to the new one. I was totally lost in the old guide, This new guide i downloaded today man is GREAT. Very helpful with the pics and an understanding to the motor and how it works. All I can say is great job on it.

Does that mean you're going to delay the next redcat jump competition? Because i've been waiting for that for a long time.

I dont plan to wait until the factory backed program is done, but I will do my best to launch a contest in the next week or so.
