Check drive cups and shafts, make sure cups are on shaft and grub screw is tight and dogbones are seated correctly in cups.

definitly check the wheel nuts.
I found that if you over tighten them, they will cause the wheels to bind on the bearings.
if you over tighten them it will actually pull the axle shafts out and they will be binding on the bearings on the inside edges. you may have to tap on the axles to get them freed up again. There are 2 set screws on the hexes that go inside the rims...you may have to loosen those hex screws to get the axles to move. don't forget to re-loc-tite those set screws that hold the hexes to the axles.

If I were betting I too would say the wheel nuts, very common yet simple mistake.

the problem is the wheel hex's just take the tire off and loosen up the grub screws, then retighteng them, then just remember not to overtighten your wheels anymore
