Go back to these tuning setting and we can go from here for advice, if this doesn't help, we can move onto: air leaks, dirty air filter, clogged fuel filter and so on

when the engine is running, do you notice any bubbles in the line going from your fuel tank to the carburetor?

IF they are small bubbles, more than likely they are just from vibration (normal operation).

If there are big ones, or a line of bubbles:
it can be one or two things...

fuel line has a few tiny holes in it
or the tank isn't sealed.

if theres bubbles try running longer fuel line that seemed to help mine. and usually if the engine dies at high speeds you got it running to lean. richen it up a bit by turning the high speed needle counter clockwise. make sure theres smoke comming out of the exhaust when running or most likley your running to lean.
