Default Earthquake steering coming loose

I have an Earthquake 3.0 that has maybe 8 tanks through it and the last two times I've run it the screw holding the servo arm to the steering saver set backs all the way out until it's no longer attached. Is this the sign of another problem or should I put some blue thread sealer on it? It's plastic to plastic though. Any advice would be appreciated.
