Yes, one pipe will have a marked improvement over another as far as drawing out performance.
Most Rampages come stock with a 23cc CY engine, and by far, the best pipe to pull out the most power on such an engine as tested on a Dyno is the Jetpro side exhaust pipe.
Lunatik Engineering tested the the 23cc CY engine with alot of different pipes, including TGN, and from others like the DDM Dominator. The Jetpro side exhaust pulled the best numbers.

RE: rampage
Jetpros can be had by Daves Discont motors: This one is specicifally shaped to fit into the Rampage trucks and buggies:

LSRC as well carries this pipe, as well as alot of Rampage aftermarket upgrades:

Probably you best friend for any Rampage hopups, and not just pipes, but for all sorts of other great custom parts will be Rampagehopups:

RE: rampage
NP.
Oh, I almost forgot, there is a custom parts maker, called VictoryRC (VRC) and they just made a totally custom made pipe for the Rampage. This pipe is so new that I have not seen any data on how much power it will pull out of an engine since it has not yet been with Lunatic Engineering to test. But it is a rather sweet looking pipe, even though it has the blacksmithing look to it. But all the brackets are specifically made for the Rampage RCs.
