hello redcat are you there anymore?
i have customers who have already paid for a backdraft 8e and an aftershock 8e since it said they were due the 26th i would like to know whats going on i tried calling i get an answering machine i tried live chat it says you are offline help me please...

We have a few guys out with the flu and most everyone else is in the warehouse unloading the shipment that just arrived.
We expect to have the vehicles received by later today and we should have people on the phones shortly.

no problem thanks for the super quick response darin i was getting a little worried there. So the expo went well i take it? Wish i could have been there had to fly to san diego for my wifes sisters wedding. Maybe next time.

FYI - CC companies are cracking down on payments processed and merchandise not shipped in timely manner. Only authorize payments and force post when you ship.
