Default Question about 17mm adaptor kit for Backdraft / Aftershock

I had just received the 17mm adaptor kit for the Backdraft / Aftershock to use with my himoto mega p (which is just about the same thing), and it seems as if it has a ton of offset and I took a few pictures and I just wanted to know if everything looks right or am I missing something?

Edit: Sorry for the picture quality

You are going to have to run the Redcat BS903-058 rear hub carriers. They are thicker then the Himotos on the rear so the bearing are farther apart and will take up the extra room. http://urchobby.com/proddetail.php?prod=BS903-058 Even though the site pic shows the same ones you have they are thicker and will take up the gap that you have. How is the front?

Thanks URC. The fronts are basically the same way. I'm thinking what I might do is cut the axles a little shorter and just drill a new hole for the pin.
