Says 4 "AA" in the description.?? Be nice if they took a little lipopackthough.. Wonder how long or how fast 4 AA's will push a 1/24 scale 4x4 truck??

With standard alkaline the will last about 10 minutes but we highly recommend using rechargeable AA so you are not churning through batteries. We tested it with the Energizer lithiums and we get about 45 minutes out of those and much more power.

We will have a Lipo upgrade setup in about 30-45 days, which will include a saddle pack and upgraded PCB board.

Yup they got reverse. They are sweet cause you only need a small space and you got a track. My tremor 18e is just too fast to run in the house. But these you could make a little course anywhere, and get some little jumps and your rollin.

Can you post a picture of the Transmitter.

What Frequency is it?

Can it be used with standard Surface TX?

I see parts for them under "parts search" then find your vehicle.

These look VERY similar to the Unimax Radline 1/24th scale vehicles. Can you comment if they might interchange a few parts?

How would these compare to xmods?

also - what is the voltage limit on the pcb? (i like using NiZn batteries, which on a fresh charge can output 1.8V, dipping to 1.6V - most of their life being higher than the standard 1.5v alkaline. I ask because i killed an xmod pcb with them lol. But it was fast until it burned through one of the caps! lol.

Just ordered one for $49.99. From the looks of it I should be able add lipo and seperate components (esc, tx and servo) fairly easy. They look like a direct copy of the Redline models. Same supplier? Not a bad thing as I have 2 modified Radlines. Their only weakness is the gears tend to strip fairly easy. I'll keep you posted.

Cool, I am interested in how it works out for you. I too thought it looked like the Radline models.

We had a little fun today and through together a Sumo Video.

We are not very good at video editing and the camera used was not so hot.
