Default Volcano s30

While running my volcano today all of a sudden i noticed that only the front wheels had power to them. So it was now front wheel drive. When you pick the truck up and hit the throttle only the front wheels have power to them.I checked and bothcenter dogbone are there. I am not missing any dogbones. I did notice that one of the stub axle is bent. When I turn both back wheel together the drive shaft turnes but the front wheels do not.It Sometimes it looks like they want to turn but do not. When i trun both front wheels together the rear wheels do not turn. When I turn the back wheels it is not really turning the spur gear it seems like it is loose. Please help. Thanks in advance.

If bones are both there be sure the set screw in both cups are tight. May be free spining if not that check the diff but I dont think so if it is a new truck.

I checked the grub screw in the back of the truck and it is tight. I do not see a screw for the cup that goes into the transmission box. Is there a way tocheck that one. It seems like it may be loose near thetransmission gear box. When I turn the back wheels it is not really turning the spur gear it seems like it is loose.

You were right u-r-faster thanks for you help. I finally found that grub screw it was hidden by the brake pad. Thanks again that fixed the problem. I put lock tight on it.
