Default Vocano s30

Iwas running my truck when all of a sudden it would not move. the engine was running but the truck stopped moving. I did find that the grub screw that goes into to cup by the brake pad appears to have come out dispite loctite. I was thinking that even with this one grub screw missing the truck should not just be sitting there when you press the throttle. What else could this be?

Thanks

Check the spur gear isn't stripped. Check all the grub screws.

The spur gear that sits on top looks new is there another gear somewhere?
