    Earthquake w/sh .18. Roto start backplate??



    My bro has a redcat earthquake 3.0 SH .18 engine. Im tired of pullin an repairing the pull start. Can anyone tell me where to find a rotostart back plate for it? Part number? Ive already got a roto starter for my savage, Just need the back plate. Thanks guys.

    Here is the backing plate for the SH .18 the only thing is depending on you starter wand, The shaft might not fit the Redcat Plate the best.

    speaking of broken pullstarts...I just broke the pullstart on my earthquake 3.5 for the second time. can anyone tell time if the redcats are universal would i be able to use hpi parts i ? I was looking at trying to put an hpi 21 big block pull starter in it ?

    Funny we had a racer at the track break a pull start on the 3.5, an offered HPI didn't fit, the screw holes were too far apart.

    The 70111t backing plate is the one for the sh .21 (3.5)

    i tried that to. Hpi pull start dont fit, wish it did though.

    With a junk redcat pullstart hell yeah im gonna use a drill lol. Savage pull starts arent so bad. but for a redcat that aint mine, im not gonna keep pullin the pullstarter off to fix it for my lil brother.
