I tried to contact them all morning even sent them numerous E-mails with no response and no phone # on the Website. So i went to www.rufaster.com and got a killer deal on a Brand new Avalanche XP. ( Mike ) there was buisy but took the time to get me what i needed, and made sure I was totally satisfied. I give Mike at www.rufaster.com a 10+ in customer satisfaction and price availability. I have several emails explaining that I only have night time business hours. Its states my phone number and hours on every page on my site as well.
This to me sounds like you're just bashing me and my business.. Which is very insulting.
Everyone who deal with me knows Im open odd hours 6pm to midnight or even later. I also have several emails from you stating you wanted a deal on the car and I
had to wait until YOU had the money ready. Which is perfectly fine, but because you could not reach me at 6:06am you are now bashing my business saying how another
business is more receptive of you. If you had any problems with me or my company we could have handled this in the proper way, on the phone and it would have been worked out. I have been in business for some time now and everyone who does business with me knows "IM HERE FOR YOU" which is my motto..
So to you Bob, I would have helped in any way. As I did in the several emails prior to you buying the car. If you need anything let me know. But I would appreciate you not
bashing something that I take pride in.

If you are that impatient you should have not even mentioned urchobby; it's not there fault you are impatient.
How would you like it someone calls your employer and tells them to fire you because you are unreliable, even if it is not true it is possible it can hurt you in the long run.
I have had no issues with Kurt and he runs a respectable business.

and is basically just aniceguy tryin to make ends meat,who cares about his customers and the hobby!! Not to mention he'll bust his butt to get ya anything you need, and in a hurry!! (I've never dealt with Mike at RUFaster, but he's the same way from what I hear.) The point is, a thread like this is petty, unnecessary and possibly harmful to someones business.. From the pictures postedit appears "Catbob" is a grown man, and should know better.. Notcool at all!!I'd expect a thread such asthis to come from a pre-adolescent, not an adult.. I don't know of ANYBODY that has ever had a problem with Kurt... I have never met anybody that goes so many extra miles for his customers! I just hope catbob can get the help he needs ( Grow up ) PS: Mick, I was just in Deltona last week and it was FREAKING HOT!!! LOL

The heats been unbearable.. Too hot to even fish!! [X(]But we've finally had a day or 2 of cooler temps, and fall will be here before long! (I hope) hehe..Merc, I gotta agree the instructionals were over my head as well.. But he was tryin to help, so cant fault him for that.. But to open a thread to bash Kurt, of all people, was justsilly.. On the bright side, URCHobby might even gain a few customers after this!
