Earthquake 3.5 Fuel cap

I'm having trouble keeping my fuel cap all the way down. It's leaking about a quarter tank worth of fuel every run. I thought about finding a stronger spring, but that's a bit tricky the way the pressure line enters the tank. Any ideas would be helpful.

Under the cap is a screw tighten on loosen it until it fits perfectly.

BOW BEFORE ME AND CONFESS YOUR LOYALTY, SURRENDER TO ME HEART AND SOUL AND YOUR PROBLEM SHALL BE FIXED, no but seriously do the thing with the screw, I have to adjust the one on my tmaxx every once in a while. Nitro fuel is to damn expensive to be wasting, didn't you mother teach you that?
