Don't forget the flux capacitor if you want the back to the future package complete with zany scientist and 2 sequels. I think it's part number 88mph.

RE: What parts do i need to order exaclty
Connor, I just ordered the single speed Transmission from Mark and a few of the HPI clutch bells (for gear ratio changes) from Tower this week...supposedly, that's all you need...In fact Mark added the transmission to the web site after I asked him if he carried it...he's still waiting for them to come in, but should be here in next week or two.

RE: What parts do i need to order exaclty
Connor, I've got the Syclone pro with the 2 spd and Jap engine...I'm converting it to the single spd tranny and the 2 needle carb, when that stuff comes in next week, (or so for the transmission), I'm tearing the motor down to re-seal it again. While I'm at it, and have it apart, I'm going to be doing a little bit of performance machining to it (knife edge internals, port and polish) both the engine and the intake and exhaust...There's some question as to whether the carb will fit or not(ordered it under the info that they were basically the same engine), so I'm probably going to machine a high rise and a velocity stack for it either way to add some more torque as well as making a header for it...Why not, I've got the machining and design skills better than I have the tuning skills and I've got it apart anyways...The thread I found the details on the machining overall said it made tuning the engines easier (always easier with smoother cleaner air flow), made them last longer (one guy claimed 7 yrs out of his modified OS), and ran cooler, 'cause more oil from the fuel flowed...we'll see...worst case scenario, I'll have to order a replacement or an OS motor...like anything else, always good to learn from doing and making mistakes...hopefully I'll get it right the first time though...LOL...
