Weevil
Finished my Weevil and flew it two days ago. I must say I am really happy with it. Was a bit skeptical at first but then I remembered that all these designs are tried and proven. Only complaint I had was the OS48 FS on it lacks somewhat in the power department. Once I got it tuned right it flew great, landed good, once I found out I had to keeps lots of rpms in it until touchdown, I was happy with the performance. The GMS 47 sitting on the bench should make a real screamer out of it.

RE: Weevil UPDATE!
Took the OS 48 FS off today and put my GMS 47 2 stroke on it. HOLY SMOKES! What a difference. It flew good with the 4 stroke on it but now it Hoots and Hollers. BTW, the Weevil is a stable flying airplane once it is trimmed and you don't touch the sticks. It will almost turn around and bite its' own tail feathers. Start out with the throws set down to about 40% on Low rates and 60% on High Rates, then as you get used to it turn them up a bit, she'll go nuts for you.

RE: Weevil
Thanks Clean,
Got 'em saved. Appreciate this very much. I currently consider myself advanced-intermediate. Gonna build the Weevil but put it on hold 'till I feel confident with my ability to fly it.
Thanks Again,
