RE: My Spadrastic
Thanks! But I'm having some engine trouble so I haven't been able to maiden it. When the engine runs in the mid range for awhile and then I go WOT, it almost always dies. I don't know how to fix that. Any ideas?

Is it a new engine? The true chrome liners take a while to get broken in good. Sometimes poor transition can be an air leak. Put a little red RTV silicone around the backplate, head and carb throat and see what you get. That's taken care of it on mine so far. Good luck with it, nice looking plane!

RE: My Spadrastic
I did some fiddling and got the engine runing well enough so I maidened it yesterday. The plane's in one piece but it was very pitchy and VERY hard to land. It felt like a little up elevator and it would shoot to the moon and a little down and it would dive really hard. Is it tail heavy or what?
