rcs/sv 17 cc in spad

How do I scale up a deb for this engine? Will 3 inch pvc pipe work for the fusealage, cant find gutter pipe any more! Thanks for any help!

Menards has 4" fence post cover. Comes in 8' sections. I've used this on several of my SPADS.

IN luck home depot had it in 10 ft sections 2.5 x2.5 for 8.96! Mustang man what are the demensions of your plane?
