RE: MrG's Draco
Nice one MrG....
Can I see a small change in the tail design from your early pictures?? Looks as if you cut the U channel down a bit and replaced it with something a bit smaller??? (the corro is obviously different )
I plan to build one of these beauties very soon and the flight report is really encouraging.
Igenious (and MrG),
Will an OS 25LA be OK do you think? I was thinking about doing a pretty small one - say 40" span.

RE: MrG's Draco
Thanx for the great replies.
Soon the air will be filled with Dracos.
It's all Igenius's fault. LOL!
I down loaded a flaming skull pic then just printed out the flames and cut them out.
I then traced the flames on vinyl and cut them out with scissors.
Then cleaned the coro with Windex and applied the flames.
After installing the Eng., and all the gear it was tail heavy, so I cut the alum. channel till it balanced.
I decided on the blue coro for he wing lets and tail because it was good and stiff and I had enough scrap to make all three fins.
I used pvc panel edging to further stiffen the tail .
I want to thank Igenius for a great SPAD design.

WOW – Looks great!!! How did you get the red flame design??? Is it vinyl coating??? If so, how did you cut out the flames???
