Default spa3d neutral ailerons placement

In the spa3d plan , the ailerons are parallel to the fuselage. but in some threads and on some pics that I found on the web I saw that the ailerons are drooping and not parallel . Can somone tell me once and for all what is the neutral possition of the ailerons?

Most are parallel or even a bit above parallel. Makes it more stable.
