Debonair is complete!
Just thought i'd share a couple of pics of my first SPAD build. It's a Debonair. Engine is a TT .46.
I decided to build it as a taildrager to simplify it a bit, even has a steerable tail wheel. Weight is about 7 lbs.
Ran the engine once to begin to break it in. Runs like a champ.

KyFBCGuy,
Looks great! I love my taildragger Deb, and DPS, and SuperDeb, etc!
Daver29,
For wire and metal gear, I just bent the gear to where I thought it looked different, nothing drastic. On Fiberglass gear, I drill the hole at an angle, and goop a very small shim to the gear to make the axle toe in just a bit when I tighten the nut.
Blue skies,
DL

I'm, located in the Paducah area and will be flying with the Padcuah Aero Modelers.
I hadn't really thought about toe in for the gear, but now that you mention it it might be a
good idea. Im sure i can figure somethng out.
