New PQhor Video
Here's a link of a video of me flying my Pqhor at a funfly on Sat. There's tail-touching, catch-in-go, and t-rolling. It's about the 7th one down on the page titled "Jason Catches his plane" Hope you like it.

Okay, that gets my vote for best Qhor video so far. You've got some hovering skills, flyboone!!! I like that PqHors performance, can you give us some details, like engine/prop, and any special radio setups you did??

Thanks guys. I don't know what compression is being used. A club member there took the footage and put it on the website. The wing is 36" and I lengthened the fuse to 36" as well. The longer fuse definitally makes it more stable in harrier and hover. Engine is an OS .46fx with tower muffler and 12.25x3.75 prop. It has standard servos with one for each airleron and 4-40 hardware. All surfaces are 4" with no taper.

Yep, go all of those saved on the hard drive. Great stuff. I go back and watch all the vids I've downloaded when it's raining. I look forward to seeing more.

All surfaces are 4" with no taper. I followed the original .40 size dimensions for the wing. Before you make the fold it starts out as a 36" wingspan with a root of 24" After the fold is made final dimension should about 19" from leading edge to the trailing edge of the ailerons. So you end up with a 36" by 19" wing.

Pinhead- Yeah I can tail-touch my Extreme 330 and t-roll it and my Big Extra profile. They are just not as fun as the Pqhor. I'd be willing to trade all my balsa stuff for fllight packs!! Just kidding, but they havent seen the air in a while. The next fun fly should be awesome, I can't wait.
Right now my Pqhor has a 1/4 wooden dowel along the trailing edge. It still flexes pretty good in negative g stuff. I'm working on getting some 36" long carbon fiber arrow shafts and use some sort of X pattern for stiffening.
