Default Cutting Coro After Shipping

Hello Everyone,

I'm getting ready to get my order for Harbor Sales and I have a question about cutting coro.

When you guys get it home and you've got all your tools out and ready to start, what gadgets or tool is everyone using to cut their coro? I've been thinking about this and I can't seem to think of anything to cut something that thick. For cutting in between the flutes I see no problem, but what about cutting across the flutes? Any help is greatly appreciated. I should be getting my shipment pretty soon!

Thanks,
James

The ubiquitious utility knife is a great weapon for this stuff. You can even control the depth of cut for fancy stuff like stripping to one sheet for overlap gluing. The blades are stout enough to stay straight against a straight edge too.
For curve cutting, I like my wife's sewing scissors. Shhhh! Don't tell her!

Coro is pretty soft actually. I don't think I've used anything other than my trusty #11 Xacto.

A sharp blade (helpful to have several on hand) and a metal straight-edge. A few clamps wouldn't hurt either.

Default BANDSAW OR TABLESAW

I mosty use a bandsaw and if it won't fit I use a table saw with a fence.
