10 races are already scheduled for the year.

I wasn't even aware of this site until you posted this link. It's nice to see a site dedicated to promoting these races. I love thatour various clubs are connecting more all the time, and that we are starting to become a more connected community. (It'sstarting to feel almost like an extendedfamily.)

Hello everyone, we are less than two weeks away from our first race of the 2011 season. I see many pilots are already ready for the great races we are going to have this year. We are planning to run the Sacramento Smackdown warbird race Sunday as planned. By the looks of the weather, the storm will not be here until late Sunday

afternoon to early Sunday night. We have got everything for the race and ready to run.

Yesterday we had a success race with 30 racers, and we had to stop the race two times only for a few minutes, due a small shower. I would like to thank you all that believe that we could fly and race yesterday, a special thanks for all the pilots from Nevada, bay area and Redding.
