Tres Amigos Warbird Race: July 22nd
Hey Guys, registered and paid my entry fee for the July Race. Less than two weeks to go. Be sure to bring the cool beverages and plenty of ice cause it is going to be a scorcher! [X(]

Maybe the PR guy has been on a little bender. The bartender may want to cut him off before last call. I got a picture of the lush at the last race falling off the so called "wagon" and he looks oddly familiar. Look closely, does he look familiar to you? His name is right on the tip of my tongue....oh well.

Well maybe it wasnt the PR guy's fault, maybe it was the Event Director's fault. He was just as smashed as the PR guy. This scene is upsetting to say the least. And you call yourselves professionals

Man, I was thumbing through one of my class textbooks and ran into this picture of this pilot in the Pacific in 45. The guy had like 15 confirmed kills and was given the name "Dr. Death" by the Japanese pilots. Man this guy was an animal. I think our two drunk pilots could learn a lot from this guy.

Man this is crazy! Check this pilot out. This guy known as Monty "Skids" Churchill was a Spitfire Driver in the Battle of Britain in the summer of 1940 and recorded 10-ME109 kills, 7-BF110 kills, 6 HE-111 kills, and 4-JU87 Kills. The man is credited with saving the airfields and radar in Kent and Dover alone. Again, another pilot that those clowns should study.

The race is named Tres Amigos. It always has been. People are confusing it with the Big Kahuna race we had in April. Apparently the CD Kimo is even confused if he made a flyer saying Tres Kahuna unless he changed the name and didn't tell anybody. Tom you can now publicize twice as hard to promote the right race.

Thank you for clearing that up Casey. Now the PR guy has to tear down all the screwed up posters and fix them. Glad I don't have his job!

I just talked to Kimo and he said the race was originally named tres kahuna and since changed to tres amigos. He went back to the original name cause that's what is on the plaques. He said call it what you want, just show up on the 22nd.

Ok Jakie, you just got a target on your back!!! hahaha How soon you silver guys forget that for two and a half seasons I have been passing your slow butts up with 1/2 the displacement! Hell at this point I must have more breakouts then anyone else in silver. Not nesessarily something to brag about except I bet my buddy Jake isn't capable of a break out.
So I guess I will just have to prove my point, gonna call Kimo and make sure I draw Jake in at least 2 heats next weekend. Hope ya got a backup........I'm gonna have some sharp props

Talk about a blast from the past. Funny you should bring up such questionable habits. On my way down to Sac today I went through Frisco and Caltrans had to divert traffic through the Castro district and there seemed to be some kind of Leather and Rainbows parade going on. As I drove by I noticed some familiar faces in the crowd. I was able to snap a quick shot. It is not too often you can get Speedracer, Tommy, and Roy together for one shot. At least it looks like they were having a good time.
