Fly'n Ash Fast June 8-9th 2013
Here it is Fly'n Ash Fast Anderson, Califonia if you missed this event last year you don't want to miss it this year...We are planning on having a 2 day race on Saturday June 8th and Sunday June 9th 2013.
Here is what we are thinking please let me know your thoughts.
This will be part of the racing seris that SAM's is invloved with, points will not effect SAM's just the new seris.
Saturday 5 races starting at 10am
Sunday 3 races this will inclued the Main events. starting at 10am and ending by 2
m on Sunday.

no late fee's but we will limit entries. so it will be wise to sign up early. I will have flyers at the first SAM's Race of 2013. PLANYOURVACATIONINTHENORTHSTATE.
JR our pylons are the same as yours...
Last year we gave out over $5,000.. in prize money, this includedYS Engines, World Models Warbird's, A-Main Hobbies and much more. We are working ona bigger and better event. I want to try to get as many pilots as we can. Ask those who showed up and raced last year "it was a blast" and some of the best racing you'll ever be apart of.

Looks like this thread needs someone to step up and get things going...
I for one am going to this race, This years event was the worst outing I have ever had at a warbird race. However! I still had a great time and the guys all worked together to make it awesome. 5 Rounds on Sat and 3 on sunday? Sounds good to me. It's tough enough racing the shaw boys at SAMs much less at their own field. So tell all of your friends about this one and make sure you all keep the dates clear, You won't regret it!!!

Loren, you forgot to change the date on this. The new date is May 19th. As far as the pylons, hhhmmmm, we will have to look at that. J/k, I know they are the same distance. Maybe we should tell Casey they are longer so he goes longer and doesn't take me out again. :-)

as what I understand, the date was change to May 19th. There was something about a conflict at his club. He sent me a flyer that I posted on our website that says the date is May 19th and it is only a one day race now. That is a flyer he sent me yesterday. I just called Loren and left a message to chime in to confirm what is happening. Hopefully he gets on soon and lets everyone know.
