Update for the Trashman Classic: Beside the YS Engines that will be added to the 1st places in each bracket, YS is will be also giving 1/2 off Certificates for a YS Engine for all 2nd places in each bracket. Don't forget that all the extras will be added to the original cash prizes. This is going to be a great race!!!!! Hope to see everyone there!!!!!

Two days are combined. 6 heats, plus some hanger talk Saturday night by many. Not sure on only flying one of the two days. It would hurt in points, but if you are just looking to get some racing in we may be able to work it out. JR can work on it with you as long as discussed prior to the event.

I'm excited about the prizes and number of pilots coming. Should be fun.

First of all, Thanks Joe!!! Just remember that it is not all me at all, it is all the support from the people that volunteer to help, the people that help me prep and all the sponsors of each race. Without everyone, the races could not get off the ground. So Thanks Everyone!!!!!!I am hoping you can make it as we all look forward to seeing you again Marty!!!! We can not run more heats than I have planned because it will burn out the volunteers we get to help with the race. The amount that is set works great and the volunteers don't complain about it. When we ran more than that, I started to loose volunteers fast. But I wish we could run more heats!!! We also are looking like we might have a nice number of racers coming to this race and with the time allocated for the race; we would be looking to be a very late day if we ran more heats. The other part of it, is the SAM Series Warbird yearly points could be affected. Some of the racers plan on amount of heats and mains that we are running though out the year and it could affect someone if we ran extra heats for the weekend. As far as racing 2 days or 1 day, the points are accumulated for the whole weekend. if someone wants to run just one day, they can but it will be hard to win that way. There is no price difference for racing 2 days or 1 day, it is the same entry price. On the same token, if someone wants to run only Sunday, they will need to be registered by Saturday afternoon as the heats for Sunday will be set up on Saturday night to make it easier on the ladies working on the matrix. I hope this answers all your questions, but if you have more, please ask.I am so looking forward to this race and looking forward to the Valley of Speed race. It is great to see everyone at the races. Don't forget (like Jim said), Saturday night is a big get together so bring your meat to barbeque and come party with us!!!!ThanksJR

Thx Skids and JR.
I am hoping to make it.
Have other things on the book but a friend is making this look real appeasing.

Just getting the facts to make the best decision.
I loved the SAMS venues and look forward to another.

I have the results from the Valley of speed posted on the website and the yearly updates. www.sacramento-rc-flyers.org. Great Job on running your race Ollie!!!! The Trashman Classic Warbird Pylon Race is coming along real good and this is going to be one of the best 2 day races that I have run with all the help of sponsors like YS and Amain Hobbies and much more. I am limiting the entries to max of 60 pilots so get registered and don't miss out on the fun weekend!!!! You can register online, mail or give it to me directly. Don't wait till last minute.

I'm betting he could fly a Q40 there just fine, it's the landing that may be a bit of a challenge.

Thx Skids. I think we are getting up there Sat AM. The plan was maybe Fri, but it seems we may be doing the first flights in Nv. I appreciate the offer- you guys are great.
David, look closely at that wing- doesnt it look like a Q40 wing? Skinny!!. Yours will still break out so no need to throw in the towel on that old stiletto. Im just slower so I need a faster plane.

when you getting there David?
