Remember everyone, you can register online at www.sacramento-rc-flyers.org then pay when you get there without a late fee. Just make sure you show up before registration closes.

Can't wait to see you all again. All I got to say is watch out gold as I am ready to dominate that class.

I'll bring an extra bottle of Windex for you, that fuel residue you will be cleaning is mine because I'll be in front of you with a nice rich needle setting.

JR
Looks like I am not going to make the race due to unforseen circumstances.
Is there any way to use the funds I sent for my entry for this race and apply it to the YS race?
Thx

Not me!

The "Broken 'Bolt" Bar was open, but just wasn't the same when not used to cool down after enjoying your salsa! We all missed you, my friend.
(The Thunderbolt's gonna need some work, but will likely be back again.)

If memory serves, Mark F. ("Barney") won Bronze, JR took top spot in Silver, and Sergio had a perfect day in Gold. Shawn did well with the new "Macchi 5" and at long last podiummed at SAMs, taking third in Gold. Hopefully that is enough to get you by until JR posts all the official winners, Jake.

Would have liked to have gone, but other priorities...I should be at the rest of the races, including Redding. Hope the carnage was minimal.

What a great weekend. We left the field on Saturday thinking I just had to take my lumps on Sunday and then try to figure out why we were so far off the pace. The first round seemed to support that. Then a little needle tweaking before the 2nd round and she came to life. Not only was the engine putting out the spank but the airplane was getting dialed in and I was getting quite comfortable with it. Virginia and I both laughed when we found out we had broken out in the A main on 30%. So many of the guys stepped up with encouragement, support and even hands on help ( thanks Jimmy and Sergio ) I just want to say thank you to everyone. Can't wait till the next race, may have to dial down to 25%........... NOT!!!! LOL

It was a great race this weekend! Thanks Jr and Steve Brown for being the c.d.s. I had alot of fun, exhausted and sore but totally worth it! Good job Speed on your first gold race... great job to Sergio, Jr and Barney for their wins... Kimo decided to try amd take out a pylon, thats our first lost bird in 4 years of racing ( although I killed his his t-34 up in Redding last year). Cant wait for the next race!

Dave,
You had that plane moving on the course. It really looked smooth. Looks like you have your grove back. Just need to figure out how to slow it down now. I'm in the same boat. I was bamboozled by Bushman into breaking out. I hopefully won't make that mistake again.

I would like to say thanks to all the workers that made this race successful. 47 entries and the day ran very smooth. Special Thanks to the people that helped me out before the race weekend - Steve Brown, Jim Smith (Skids) and My wonderful wife that give me major support!!!

I have posted the results for the race and the yearly points on the website ( http://www.sacramento-rc-flyers.org/...standings.html ).

I am so glad to see all the racers from all over come out to race this race. You guys make the races very enjoyable and very competitive. I hope to see you all at the next race (Miller Time) on July 13th. I will have the entry form out by next week and posted on the website.
