Looking forward to this race. One I can go to that doesnt require hours of driving. Cant wait to see everyone there. A Big shout out to Richard at YS Engines for offering the 50% discount on an engine for each of the class winners. Thx Richard. This is a beautiful site to fly at if you havent been there yet, you need to come and fly with some great back drops. The Cedar City RC Club hosts a great event and it would be great to get in 4 rounds of hard racing!!!

I am coming and plan on doing the Terry Yates thing (running all 3 classes), I am just glad to make this one this year!! Last year at this time we were on a cruise in the middle of the Carribean. What a difference a year makes.

Marty running three classes is a bunch of work. just refuel each plane soon as your done racing it so you dont get caught with out any. I would like to make this one also have to check the schedule.

Jeff,
Thx, and yes 3 classes are for you young guns. I will be bringing a helper to make sure I get up and down. I would really love to see you make this race. If there is anything I can do to help, let me know.
There will be some fast planes here for sure. World Champs in all 3 classes. No easy heats.

Yea map quest tells me it is 10 hrs to Richards when it is actually only 7-8. I would love to see this race in Utah turn into a 2 day race to make it better for the out of towners.

Wow, what a great turnout! I see a bunch of new names. Awesome! Wish I could have been there. Looks like the electrics are still competitive.

The updated World Points can be seen here.

We are just shy of 6,000 ft. ASL at the field. I actually thought they were faster than we usually see up this way.
