Hey all, I want to express that this year and from here on out I'm no longer a caller... I want to focus on what could or would make me better to the R/C industry as a whole... which means I need to focus on being an announcer ... I'll never get to Reno as a caller...but as an announcer I have an outside chance... I thank the competition in the Silver class for the past 3 year's 9th fun... but if I want to ( need to ) grow, I need to challenge my ability. .. and I'm only getting better.... thank you Kimo for all we learned. .. together we became champs... but my announcing is growing and I thank all of you that have helped me advance. .. skids, seigo, Kimo, biff and the immortal V-man... No one would have ever thought I would be announcing GIANTS IN THE DESERT. .. but look I AM....So I need to focus. .. and to focus means no destractions.. and no destractions means to focus on just announcing... I have a personality bigger then most and I give all every time I hold a mic... you that know me know I give all... even at an economic cost to myself. .. I do it for the love... for the excitement... for you pilot's. ..and I ain't quitting any time soon!!!!

My buddy just got one and I told him to sheet the stab (thats a standard for me on silver and up). He is puttin a YS91 on it. Id like to try one with some mods and change some things on it... Poor thing only comes with a 10 oz tank, guess they want you to run a TT46 on it, and it weighs 7-8 lbs. It sounds like it hs some sort of NACA airfoil. The wing looked pretty sporty but not too fat. Id think it would be silver with a YS on it.
I have a WM Miss America and a YS70, and it has already cracked the fuse back at the stab. I do have close 200 flights on it though. All These ARFS just need beefing up for what we do to them. Thats what is making the new Spitfire from Airborne so attractive- it is race ready and built correctly.
I like the "Speed" on the side. Looks like Shawn finally has his plane.

Speed has been looking for an excuse to start flying a Mustang..... now he has one.

I love the mustang I really do it is a great looking airplane, but nothing is as sexy as a spitfire. Now if you want ugly you have the Hurricane, which was the better fighter during the BoB.

Not a fan of either team. My flying is still pretty limited, but I'll charge something up and come hang out with you for awhile, at least. Let me know what time you are planning on being out there.
