Yeah, it was 112 when I left the field and I saw 116 on the way home. I was actually looking for the world points and race results. Trying to decide if I want to continue to travel or just wait for the race here in Hesperia.

Here are some photos of the Chino Valley race taken by our own Bob Shanks. Thanks to all for the great turnout and exciting racing. Special thanks to contest director Bud for his tireless work to make this a successful event.

Here are the final results for the world points after the final race in Phoenix.
This year the top four individuals in each class going into the Phoenix race were in contention to be the RC Pro world champion. The person with the most points out of those four after the days racing won the championship. The top person in each class going into the race got 1 bonus point.
Below are the results going into the race, the points results for the day of racing and finally the results for the world championship.
Bob Schmitz and Bill Grippo tied for the world points in the Bronze class. The tie was broken by best legal time for the day, which was 2:30.89 for Bob Schmitz and 2:32.57 for Bill Grippo.
Congratulations to Marty Flood, Charlie Beverson and Bob Schmitz for their wins in the Gold, Silver and Bronze classes.
